Signatures for the initiative can be collected since January 10, 2023. The collection period ends on July 10, 2024. Our money- and property-based market economy is a patchwork. It enables a few people to exploit the nature and other people. At the same time, the market economy has no coherent mechanisms that could lead to a harmonious overall concept. Crises constantly arise, which bring the economic system to the abyss. Therefore, this market economy has been afflicted for centuries with more and more structures to keep the economic system alive.

This initiative shows a completely new economic system that contains coordinated structures. This makes it stable and does not contain any crisis-promoting mechanisms. Furthermore, the economic system is structured in such a way that all people can participate in the decision-making processes, the exploitation of people and nature will be ended and the achievements of mankind will benefit everyone.

Principles of the Contingent-Based Collaborative Economy
This form of economy is based on three principles, dignified sustainability, community and subsidiarity. These principles represent framework conditions for the economy. They are coordinated with each other and enable a stable economy that is easy to comprehend.
The contingent-based community economy is guided by nature’s regenerative and buffering capacity. Depending on the technology and the way we treat nature, we can consume more or fewer resources and thus produce more or fewer economic goods. Thereby, nature should be given enough space to develop freely and the utilization of nature should be done in the most healthy cycles possible.

Every person receives the same right to use nature. This eliminates the possibility of exploitation of people. The economy is based on cooperation. The wealth of the earth and the progress of mankind are thus made equally accessible to all. The use of dangerous technologies is decided together according to ethical principles.
Subsidiarity
Subsidiarity
The contingent-based community economy is managed according to the principle of subsidiarity. All economic goods are produced in the smallest possible region in self-sufficiency. People are free to shape their immediate environment within the framework of dignified sustainability and community.

In order to comply with the principles, the economy includes two other features. The contingents and the democratic principles. The contingents serve to ensure sustainability and community, particularly the equal distribution of resources. The democratic principles ensure that the population remains the supreme decision-maker of the economy and help to realize the subsidiarity.

Contingents
There are “resource-contingents” for which we calculate how many resources we can use within the dignified sustainability. As resources counts land (or the type of use of the land), all raw materials and all pollutants. In contrast, there are “value-contingents”, which are divided equally among all people. Prices are calculated on the basis of the required resource-contingents and paid by the value-contingents. At the community level, these can be slightly adjusted by the population to promote local self-determination.
Democracy
Democracy
The people hold the power of decision over all structures of the economy. The more we are affected by something, the more we can decide about it. The organization and design is always done directly by the people involved. Coordination takes place at the next higher, regional level. The contingent-based community economy abolishes any dictatorship in the economy.

At the moment we are in the medial preparation for the initiative. It is important to make the initiative understandable as the initiative is very complex and collecting signatures on the street is difficult.

This initiative was created privately. The main initiator is stefan hubschmid supported by colleagues and relatives.
The initiative is a result of decades of observation and examination of social processes. It serves as an immediately realizable vision of the future and is intended to encourage people to take a more comprehensive look at the properties and effects of human systems. We hope that this will lead the population to engage more deeply with the development of society and to exchange ideas about fulfilling ways of living together.
For the greatest possible participation and co-determination of individuals and for a fair and sustainable humanity, with respect for the environment and with common progress.
A healthy society offers various possibilities for the free development and fulfillment of the individuals. This leads to predominantly fulfilled people with common sense and heart and is thus the basis for the healthy development of humanity.
The only task of the systems is thereby to serve this process as simply and adaptably as possible.
